Welcome to the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults program at the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption. This program is for individuals thirteen years of age or older in need of receiving any of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation).

Registration

Registration for the RCIA program is accepted all year round. You can register by making an appointment with the Religious Education Office at 609-421-8163. Be sure to print and complete the RCIA Registration Form in advance to ensure a smooth registration process. Please refer to the Parents Religious Education Booklet 2015-2016 (Spanish) for registration fees and class dates.

Location for RCIA Classes

All RCIA classes are held at the Convent at the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption located at 211 North Warren Street in Trenton, New Jersey.

RCIA Program Content

Refer to the RCIA Checklist and 2015-16 Due Dates for a list of assignments, forms, and reference documents needed for RCIA. All forms and assignments must be completed and submitted to the Office of Religious Education or the Catechist(s) on or before the deadlines. Refer to the Religious Education Program Calendar 2015-16 ALL CLASSES for all deadlines.
